Young cousins Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie McClelland, who rose to fame with the help of Ellen DeGeneres on her show The Ellen DeGeneres Show, have landed their own television show, according to Deadline.
The NBC television comedy show will be executive produced by Ellen and her company A Very Good Production.
The company is also producing a direct-to-video feature which will star bothSophia Grace and Rosie in leading roles.
Here’s the plot of the movie: The girls are sent to be correspondents at a royal coronation: one of three princesses is going to be chosen to lead the country. The two girls find themselves caught up in royal intrigue as they help the best candidate win the throne. Production on the film, done through Warner Bros’ home video division, starts next month.
